This is the remaining balance for Wilder Caldera and is due April 27th, 2018.

All sales are final and payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (May 25-28, 2018 Retreat)

No, don't cancel! But seriously, we do understand that sometimes, things happen. We will refund all but $500 (non-refundable deposit) if you notify us in writing with proof of receipt by Wilder on or before April 27th, 2018 that you must cancel.  After April 27th, 2018, we regret that no refund is available. Please know that your retreat fee MAY NOT be transferred to another participant or credited to a future retreat. There are no refunds for no shows, early departures, or unused services.

Also, please know that should you find yourself with a running injury prior to Wilder, or have some other reason your running plans have changed, we are more than happy to accommodate you. There will be options to run shorter distances, walk, or be still at all active times on the schedule.
