Women's Running and Writing Retreat October 24-27, 2025

Tamarack Lodge Details:

Designed to be a space for artists to have both private and communal space, Tamarack Lodge features hotel-like accommodations with shared but private bathrooms, and shared kitchenette, laundry facilities, and a central meeting room with a large fireplace. There are 21 private bedrooms available, each with one queen-sized bed.  

Deposits, Lodging and Payment:

This secures your spot at the Wilder Caldera Retreat in a private room in Tamarack Lodge ($2400 total) with a non-refundable deposit of $500.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance due by April 1, 2025. Alternate payment plans available upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (October 24-27, 2025 Retreat)

No, don't cancel! But seriously, we do understand that sometimes, things happen. If you need to cancel and have already paid in full, we will try to find a replacement and will refund the amount we are able to recoup minus an administrative fee of $500 (your deposit).

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services, and your spot is not transferable to anyone else (without our approval).
