Creekside A-Frame Lodging Details:

These airy A-frame cabins are simple, clean, and perfectly suited to a communal Wilder retreat experience. Each one features a sleeping loft, living room/work area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, wood stove, and a porch overlooking the creek. Standard cabin design includes two beds downstairs in the space that serves as a shared living space during the day, and two beds in the loft. Capacity is 1-4 guests per cabin, and each guest will have their own bed.

Deposits, Lodging and Payment:

This secures your spot at the Wilder Caldera Retreat in shared Creekside A-Frame lodging ($2100 total) with a non-refundable deposit of $500.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance due by April 1. Alternate payment plans available upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (October 24-27, 2025 Retreat)

No, don't cancel! But seriously, we do understand that sometimes, things happen. If you need to cancel and have already paid in full, we will try to find a replacement and will refund the amount we are able to recoup minus an administrative fee of $500 (your deposit).

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services, and your spot is not transferable to anyone else (without our approval).
