Creekside A-Frame Lodging Details:

These airy A-frame cabins are simple, clean, and perfectly suited to a communal Wilder retreat experience. Each one features a sleeping loft, living room/work area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, wood stove, and a porch overlooking the creek. Standard cabin design includes two beds downstairs in the space that serves as a shared living space during the day, and two beds in the loft. Capacity is 1-4 guests per cabin, and each guest will have their own bed.

Deposits, Lodging and Payment:

This secures your spot at the Wilder Caldera Retreat in shared Creekside A-Frame lodging ($2100 total) with a non-refundable deposit of $500.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance due by April 1, 2025. Alternate payment plans available upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No, don't cancel! But seriously, we do understand that sometimes, things happen. If you need to cancel and have already paid in full, we will try to find a replacement and if we do we will refund the amount we are able to recoup minus an administrative fee of $500 (your deposit).

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services, and your spot is not transferable to anyone else (without our approval).
