Bell Tent Lodging Details:

These cute canvas glamping tents are situated amongst the tall trees near in between a bubbling creek and Blue Lake. Each tent is on a platform and features two twin beds with bedding, a rug, table and lantern. It’s an opportunity to sleep in the woods beneath the stars while still having close access to a shower and bathrooms in the nearby bath house. There will be two guests per tent, each with their own twin bed.

Deposits, Lodging and Payment:

This secures your spot at the Wilder Caldera Retreat in shared Bell Tent lodging ($1800 total) with a non-refundable deposit of $500.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance due by April 1, 2025. Alternate payment plans available upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No, don't cancel! But seriously, we do understand that sometimes, things happen. If you need to cancel and have already paid in full, we will try to find a replacement and if we do we will refund the amount we are able to recoup minus an administrative fee of $500 (your deposit).

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services, and your spot is not transferable to anyone else (without our approval).
